MY RYT ADVOCATE FOUNDATION (MRAF) is a new world organization whose core mandate is protect the fundamental human rights of all people on earth. Especially regions where we operate (GHANA, SOUTH AFRICA, ZAMBIA, ZIMBABWE)irrespective of cultural, ethnic and religious differences. We strongly believe that upholding justice/fairness in our society. And to make sure every person has a legal representation. MRAF also intends to demystify the judicial system and enlighten individuals in all aspects of legal services in their respective countries
MRAF’s goal is to develop alternative methods to make sure that by 2025 every infant (12-18yrs or above understands his/her FUNDAMENTAL HUMAN RIGHT and to make sure that, every citizen can understand the basics of the constitution of Ghana and its application to their daily lives and also playing their various rolls in governance.
We hope to achieve this by working with the, national government, judiciary, schools, community leaders, commission on human rights and administrative justice (CHRAJ),National commission for civic education(NCCE),religious groups, peace advocates, media, local, regional and international organizations, etc..
The Ghana chapter of MRAF is founded on the 1992 constitution of the Republic of Ghana. ACT 12-17 CHAPTER 5”. etc..
(1) The fundamental human rights and freedoms enshrined in this Chapter shall be respected and upheld by the Executive, Legislature and Judiciary and all other organs of government and its agencies and, were applicable t them, by all natural and legal persons in Ghana, and shall be enforceable by the Courts as provided for in this Constitution.
(2) Every person in Ghana, whatever his race, place of origin, political opinion, colour, religion, creed or gender shall be entitled to the fundamental human rights and freedoms of the individual contained in this Chapter but subject to respect for the rights and freedoms of others and for the public interest.
(3) No person shall be deprived of his life intentionally except in the exercise of the execution of a sentence of a court in respect of a criminal offence under the laws of Ghana of which he has been convicted.
MRAF is an independent not-for-profit, MRAF and is an organization not dependent upon any government, commercial, political, ethnic or religious groups, or any other body is not influenced or controlled by others. MRAI is not subject to any authority or jurisdiction, except to, its members and the public to whom it is accountable as a not-for-profit corporation.
MRAF is founded on and committed to impartiality, regardless of who our members are. In the execution of its professional services, MRAF’s conduct is at all times free from discrimination, favoritism, self-interest, bias, or prejudice. In compliance with established international standards, MRAI’s services are performed in ways that are fair, just, equitable, impartial, unprejudiced, and objective to all parties.
By virtue of its mission in preventing and resolving crime and civil matters, MRAF is bound to keep confidential all information, arising out of, or in connection with, the execution of professional services, including the fact that a resolution is to take place or has taken place, unless compelled by law. Any information disclosed in confidence to MRAF staff by one of the parties shall not be disclosed to the other parties without permission or unless compelled by law.
On no occasion or under no circumstance will MRAF withhold its services, or programs for reasons related to race, color, nationality, ethnicity, religion, language, sexual orientation, opinion, political affiliation, wealth or social status of the parties.
